Nice tea, got here quick

Got some Peppermint Tea from here. It's really good quality, strong mint flavor. The order shipped pretty fast, only took 4 days to get to me. Everything was packed well. Happy with what I got.

Good tea, slow shipping

I ordered the Double Cream Earl Grey and it was really good, very aromatic and smooth. The pricing was fair for organic tea. However, shipping took 8 days to reach me in Arizona, which felt a bit long. The packaging was secure, no spills or anything. Overall, a positive experience, but they could improve on delivery times.

Absolutely love this tea!

I just got my order of Ceremonial Grade Matcha and it's incredible! The flavor is so vibrant and smooth, way better than anything I've tried before. It mixes perfectly, no clumps at all. I'm definitely going to buy this again. Seriously, if you're into matcha, you have to try theirs!

What's their return policy like if I don't like a tea? Can I send back an opened package?

G Gwen 2 months ago
Nah, I don't think you can return opened tea for hygiene reasons. Most places are like that. Better to try a sampler first if you're unsure.

Pretty sure once it's open, it's yours. I've only returned accessories, never tried with tea itself. I think they say it on the site.

Hey guys, thinking of ordering some matcha from here but I'm in New York. How long does shipping usually take to the US?

T Todd F. 2 months ago
I'm in Chicago and it usually gets to me within a week, like 5-7 business days. Not super fast but not bad.

Yeah, I've had stuff arrive in 4 days before, but sometimes it takes a bit longer, closer to 8. I think it depends on customs, but generally quick enough.

are their teas genuinely organic? like, certified and all that, or just marketing speak?

B Brett 3 months ago
They are actually certified organic! I saw it on their site somewhere, I think in the FAQ or product descriptions. So it's legit.

Yeah, I checked too. All their teas are certified. That was a big selling point for me.

Is their Double Cream Earl Grey actually good? I usually get mine from David's Tea but curious about this one.

M Mia Carter 2 months ago
OMG yes. It's way creamier than David's, less of that artificial vanilla taste, more like a proper bergamot with a smooth finish. Totally recommend.

It's different. I actually prefer it. David's can be a bit overpowering sometimes. This one is more subtle but still super flavorful.

Anyone know if you can use the newsletter sign-up discount AND get the free shipping if your order is over $75? Or is it one or the other?

C Carly V. 2 months ago
Free shipping kicks in automatically if you hit the amount. The discount code you enter at checkout. So yeah, you can do both. I did last time.

Pretty sure they stack. Free shipping is just based on total spend, the code is separate. I've never had an issue with it.
